| Pat Smith School of Dance was established in 1973 in the home as a part time business while raising a family. In 1987 the dance room was expanded and a floating wood floor added. The school has highly qualified degreed instructors teaching ballet, point, modern, jazz, tap, ballroom, yoga and combination classes. | Classes are kept small and personal.
